I'm vegan/vegetarian does this program have options for me?

 

It sure does! This program has a meat & dairy nutrition guide as well as a seperate vegan nutrition guide. I am vegetarian myself and although the program was origianlly created before I was vegetarian, I have since created a whole seperate nutrition guide inside to cater for vegans and vegetarians.

 

Am I guaranteed to succeed?

I can guarantee that if you follow the steps laid out for you in this program for the full 21 days you will get results. The more you deter from the plan the less likely you are to get results, like anything. If you're not ready to make a change and put in some work then I don't advise you to purchase this program.

Is this a one time payment?

This is so you can reset your body effectively and help you make better food choices going forward and manage your weight without needing constant help from experts. You have a flexible approved foods list and the option to easily make it completely gluten, dairy and nut free.

 

Does the plan include exercise?

Yes the plan comes with a full 21 day home exercise program. Every workout is a follow along workout so you dont need to stop and start looking at different exercises. It is a mix of Wall pilates, HIIT and mobility training.

If you are a type 1 or type 2 diabetic, this program may not be suitable as it almost all sugar. It is not ideal for people who need to pay close attention to their blood sugar levels.
