Hey, i'm Jenna. It's likely you know me from YouTube or Instagram, which is probably how you landed here.

I help people around the world lose weight, get fit, and build strong, functional bodies through short home workouts and simple, sustainable nutrition.

 

As a certified fitness trainer & nutrition coach, I’m totally sick of seeing all the ridiculous weight loss programs out there that simply don’t work.

3. Cardio isn't the answer

Excessive cardio is not sustainable. It left me feeling drained but didn’t deliver the results I was after. I didn't lose weight, and I didn't tone up. I discovered the exercise "secret" cto burning fat and creating a super fast metabolism (also taught in this program).

I'm vegan/vegetarian does this program have options for me?

 

It sure does! This program has a meat & dairy nutrition guide as well as a seperate vegan nutrition guide. I am vegetarian myself and although the program was origianlly created before I was vegetarian, I have since created a whole seperate nutrition guide inside to cater for vegans and vegetarians.

 

Am I guaranteed to succeed?

I can guarantee that if you follow the steps laid out for you in this program for the full 21 days you will get results. The more you deter from the plan the less likely you are to get results, like anything. If you're not ready to make a change and put in some work then I don't advise you to purchase this program. 

 

This plan has been used time and time again and is consistent in helping people lose weight and learn ways to maintain this long term. 

 

Is this a one time payment?

Yes, if you choose to purchase this program only then it is a one time payment. You also have the option to become a member which gives you access to all of the programs and challenges in the members area. This is on a subscription plan that you can choose to either pay monthly or yearly.

Is there a time limit to start and finish the Program?

No, you go at your own pace. Once you purchase the program it is yours to start when you want to and refer to as often as you need.

 

What types of food does the nutrition guide consist of?

The nutrition guide is based around whole foods, with a healthy balance of protein, carbs and fats. This is so you can reset your body effectively and help you make better food choices going forward and manage your weight without needing constant help from experts. You have a flexible approved foods list and the option to easily make it completely gluten, dairy and nut free.

 

Does the plan include exercise?

No, the plan does not include exercise. This is a beginner friendly program to help you "reset" your system by following a simple nutrition guide and teaching you the foundations of weight management. There is an entire "Exercise" section where we cover working out for weight loss and building a strong, toned body.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
